Omg I can’t believe they are graduating already... congratulations to them them all and I wish them all well on their new journey.....
I know - I've known Tyler and Trist for nearly 10 years now (next fall), and I still think of them as little kids, not the handsome young men they are.
This sounds fun! I think you'll have a much more eventful time with the College boys starting next year. Aren't Noah, Barry, and Mickey all graduating? Then, the rest of the gang follow in the years afterwards.
Have Ethan and Jeremy decided where they're going to go for college?
Second question first: Yes. Jeremy is going to live here with his dad and little brothers for a couple of years. His grades weren't horrible, but he wants to learn to do better. Also, he hasn't decided what he wants to do, so he's going to spend a couple of years sampling, while living at home and going to school fairly cheap.
I haven't said where Ethan's attending, because it's a small, fairly exclusive, private college. Unlike UT, the student body is too small for me to fill comfortable disclosing it. On the other hand, considering that he's majoring in robotics, it wouldn't surprise me if Kat and Adric either one (or both) could figure it out.
First question - Noah is graduating next spring. There is some question about Barry, because he ended up majoring in engineering, but there are a LOT of engineering fields, and he's still not dead set on which one he wants. It's not a huge problem, since most of the classes - especially in the first two years - are the same, but he might end up having to stay longer to take some classes. It just depends. As for Mickey, he's basically triple majoring, and he and I are going to make a decision if he's going to graduate next year with a double, then go to work on a Masters, or if he's going to take another year to graduate with the triple.
There are always a lot of articles about best gifts for grads. I was browsing a few of those this morning, and I solved the problem of what to get Tristan.
The little boy in the beat up old jeans and slightly outgrown t-shirt has been gone for a few years now, and in his place I've found a handsome peacock with a predilection for old school prep. While he doesn't need me to buy him any clothes (and he has more shoes than Noah or my ex-wife), I decided to get him a monogrammed dresser top valet, that doubles as a charging station, along with a new wallet, a personalized key chain, and I'm probably going to add either a money clip or a couple of bits of tie jewelry.
