At what age does one start shrinking? I'm 77 and still 6'0".  I bought a pair of cords in the rag market last week.  I asked for 31" inside leg as usual. The young stallholder wanted to check with his tape measure lest I'd shrunk!

And you didn't accept his offer - just to be sure? Best to make certain they're going to feel right.  :)
