I believe it.  I looked at some for summer walks, when the blacktop can burn little puppy pads, and none of them wanted to try those.

I have yet to find a pair of dog boots that Fritz can actually walk in... I have about five sets of them sitting around unused.

We have had quite a lot of snow over the last few weeks! There's about two feet on the ground and the banks around Fritz's area are over four feet high.

It's also been windy and very cold so Fritz has not been enthusiastic about going for walks.
